1.) Please note, the RMV will disqualify you from taking your road test if you have an additional road test exam booked with the RMV. If you are disqualified from our submitted road test request by the RMV, your purchase will not be refunded.
2.) Refund requests within 13 days of your purchased SRT date will not be honored. Refund requests received 14 days or more before your purchased SRT date will have a $30 administrative fee deducted from your payment prior to any refund.
3.) Scheduled Road Test prep lessons require at least 24 hours notice to cancel. Road Test prep lessons cancelled without 24 hours notice are forfeited and there will be no refunds for that forfeited lesson.
4.) Basic package is only for drivers who have completed the drivers education program.
5.) Road test dates are subject to RMV approval and are subject to change.
